The homes are new, the trees are saplings, and the backyard slab takes the sun from noon until it drops behind the Spring Mountains. A solid or insulated cover is what turns that slab into a room.
Nearly all of it is under an association, and we handle that paperwork as part of the job.

Yes. Most of the valley is under an association, and Summerlin, Henderson and the master-planned communities each have their own architectural process. We prepare the site plan, the color choice and the manufacturer's spec sheet, submit the packet, and answer the committee's questions. It is the one part of the schedule we do not control, so we start it first.
