The content on this site describes the products we install and how we work. It is provided for information. Prices, terms and specifications for your project are set out in the written estimate you receive after a visit, and that document, not this site, is the agreement.

Financing described on this site is offered by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., subject to its own terms and to credit approval. Perfect Home is not the lender.

Product names such as Alumawood, Equinox and Knotwood are the marks of their manufacturers. Photographs credited to a manufacturer show that manufacturer's product and are used with permission; all other photographs are of work we installed.

We may update this site at any time. If something on it is out of date, the written estimate governs.

Estimates and warranties. An estimate is valid for the period stated on it. The lifetime warranty described on this site applies to work we installed, on the terms set out in the written warranty you receive with the job, and nothing on this site widens or narrows those terms.

Accuracy. We try to keep the product descriptions, colors and specifications on this site current, but manufacturers change their ranges. Where this site and the manufacturer's current specification differ, the specification governs, and we will tell you at the estimate.
