What we collect through this site, and what we do with it.
What we collect.
When you request an estimate or send a message, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the city or address of the job, and anything you tell us about it. We use it to contact you about your request and to prepare your estimate.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone outside the company except where a service we use to run the site (hosting, email delivery, financing applications you choose to start) needs it to do that job.
This site uses standard web analytics to understand which pages are visited. It does not use that data to identify you. If you would like the information we hold about you corrected or deleted, contact us and we will do it.

How long we keep it. We keep estimate requests and messages for as long as we might need them to do the job you asked about and to honor the warranty on it, which for a cover or a gutter run means as long as you own the home. If you asked for an estimate and did not go ahead, we keep the request for a reasonable time in case you come back, and then we delete it.
Cookies and tracking. The site sets the cookies it needs to work and, only if you accept them, the ones that measure which pages are visited. Nothing on this site is used to build an advertising profile of you.
